If customer receives the wrong product or defected product then customer will have to report us with a photo proof of product within 24 hrs of product delivery.
Return Policy: Mohmaya Jewels products are handcrafted and designed by experienced designer with taken care of everything including metal, design, plating and finishing as well. This is why Mohmaya Jewels does not accept return of products. You can only exchange if you have received wrong and defected product.
Exchange Policy: If customer receives the wrong product or defected product then customer will have to report us with a photo proof of product within 24 hrs of product delivery. You will have to share photo of product and order-id through email-id or whatsapp associated with your account or order.

In the course of product exchange, all products are checked by our team. Exchange policy void if price tag is broken or tampered, product damaged in transit due to improper packing by customer, missing any accompanied accessories. It should have original invoice and all other stuff sent with the parcel. Product should be in proper and unused condition. Once we receive back product, our team will check the product for the issue mentioned by customer. We will send customer another piece of the same product if our team satisfies with the standard checks.
Return of free gift: Free gifts are part of item ordered and must be returned with original product.
Partial Exchange: Exchange is possible at item level if multiple items were ordered; customer can initiate partial quantity exchange by mailing us at email@example.com.
